1. Who owns Award Board?

Award Board began when Dad, Richard James couldn't find anywhere to put his son's football trophies. From this Richard developed the idea for the Award Board - providing ideal themed shelving space for his son's trophies and medals. A family business, Award Board was set up by Richard in 2004.

3. Can I buy more than one Award Board in one transaction?

Yes, you can buy multiple Award Boards in any transaction

2. What is the Award Board made out of?

The Award Board is manufactured from HIPS, a recyclable thermoplastic polymer, which is both lightweight and incredibly durable.

4. What is your returns policy?

If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason we will refund any unused items in their original saleable packaging. The collection of the goods will be arranged through our nominated delivery carrier and the cost of the original delivery and subsequent collection will be at your expense.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

5. How long will it take for my Award Board to be delivered?

This is dependent on the design you order and the stock levels. The Football Award Board is usually available within 2-3 working days. During peak periods however this could be up to 3-4 weeks. To enquire about our stock levels and estimated delivery time, please email sales@awardboard.co.uk

When you place an order online with us, you can rest assured that your credit card details and personal information are protected. PayPal is one of the safest ways to pay online. It has fraud prevention measures and keeps your financial information private from sellers and third parties.

7. What is Award Board U.S.A?

We have two designs especially suited to the U.S. market. The baseball Award Board and the soccer trophy Award Board. The soccer trophy Award Board is a modern design that replaces the traditional Soccer Shelf or soccer trophy cabinet. Because of the flexibility of shelf arrangements, it is much more adaptable for an individual's trophy collection than the more traditional alternative of the soccer trophy cabinet or soccer shelf. For general sports trophy dispaly, the 'Medal' design is probably the most suitable. Two other designs due to follow soon are Basketball and American Football.
